When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. This is to allow us to create your account in our internal system to monitor the progress of your order, and to contact you in relation to it.

Any bank or credit or debit card details you provide in order to make a payment for your order will be hold only by the relevant card processor. All payments are handled through an encrypted, highly secure partner Stripe or Paypal.

Your consent

We do not ordinarily rely on your consent to process your personal data. We process your personal data primarily to perform our contract with, and sell our products to, you. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Choices

Members may review and change your information in your account settings, and you may remove certain optional pieces of information.

You may opt-out of receiving certain types of communications from www.drfixie.co in your account settings. You may disable cookies in your web browser.

Google Analytics

We use it to help analyse how visitors use this site. Information is collected about which pages are visited, how long visitors spend on a page, where they're accessing the site from, and that sort of thing. The information is anonymous.

Couriers

We pass your name and address to our couriers so that they can deliver your purchases! Depending on the courier, we may also pass your telephone number and email address to them so that they can provide you with notification of parcel status and the expected delivery date of your parcel.

Mailing list

Due to the registration process we gather some personal information from you. We don't trade email lists with other businesses. We use that information for marketing (if applicable). With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
